I submitted a handful of images to the Dasein show put together by Chase Jarvis at the Ace Hotel in NYC. Super cool collaborative project where work is chosen and rotated daily. I happened to be in the city the final day and discovered at least one of my shots made it up on the wall and was still there.

Good size swell hit at Peahi on Tuesday. I shot from both the cliff and a jetski. Juicy.

Testing some new equipment shooting high ISO at night. Not too noisy. 17 seconds, f8 at 12800 ISO.

Nothing better than Nike soccer ads in my humble opinion. I have posted them before and here's the latest. Cutting edge of video work(6 cameras covering 360 degrees simultaneously) and audio. Cool.

I got to Jaws a few hours too late for this show. Granted it was a full moon and lit by the chopper's lights but still......

Check out this cool shot I made for a client's 42 foot 100mph+ powerboat. I was looking to copy some old Ferrari/Porsche style car ads.
Turned all the lights in the shed out and light painted with a $16 flashlight. Low tech and cheap.

Yo

I converted my old hardtail Fat Chance Yo Eddy into a single speed. Lean and clean.

Igor

Hurricane Igor provided some decent swell up and down the East Coast. I even got a few days in myself.

Chicago

Went to Chicago to photograph some match racing only to have an air show screaming overhead. Bonus!

Tiny

Always fun to play with the Tilt/Shift app on my iphone. This shot was taken with my new iPhone 4G which has a 5 megapixel
camera. The old iPhone apparently had a little problem with water and had to be replaced. Shot on Sunday afternoon at the National Seashore in Wellfleet in front of the famous Beachcomber restaurant bar.
